At Rakabot, we stand by the quality of our innovative footwear storage solutions and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your home remains organized and clutter-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges of unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the Rakabot unit if necessary and place it back in its original shipping box along with all hardware and the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship to Rakabot

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
